Provide us with as many as possible information regarding your system. Each assembled server has a service tag on the chassis (outside) and a service tag on the inside of your server. warranty information is mention on this sticker.

At S3 you are able to get more than just basic warranty delivered by any distributor. We believe that in server solutions you can't wait until your hardware is replaced by the manufacturer. This warranty can easely take up to 2 to 3 weeks.
Therefore we offer our customers following hardware support level:

Customers notifies S3 of defective part via support.s3s.eu website
S3 sends spare parts withing 24hr to customer on their costs.

Customer sends back defective part after replacing the spare on S3 costs with the transportation sticker included.

In case of emergency we also offer open-door technical support at our offices in Lokeren. Our technical department is open from 08.30u a.m till 17.30u. p.m. In order to get the best support we demand to make an appointement.
We offer on top of our service level following On-site technical support:
- Next Business Day on-site 8hr.
Within 8hr. Next business day a certified technician is coming on-site to replace or troubleshoot the defective server or storage device. Spare parts are being brought on-site with the technician.
The cost per server is 172€ per year. In case you have 2 identical servers on the same location, bought on the same date we offer 172 € per year for 2 servers. In large environments we can also make a global on-site contract where our technician will support you with techical troubleshooting support.
- Same Business Day on-site 4hr.
Within 4hr. Same business day a certified technician is coming to replace or troubleshoot the defective server or storage device. Spare parts are being brought within max. 24hr
(in case parts are not resolving within first intervention)
The cost per server is 344€ per year. In case you have 2 identical servers on the same location, bought on the same date we offer 344€ per year for 2 servers. In large environments we can also make a global on-site contract where our technician will support you with techical troubleshooting support.

Within 4hr. A technician is on-site to troubleshoot and repair your server or storage solution. The pricing is depending on your server location and type of hardware you bought. A special hot-line telephone is provided to you which will get you in contact with our technical department after normal working hours (8hr. till 19hr.) In case this number is dialed without a contract, a service fee will be charged on your account with a minimum
amount of 125€.
All our assembled servers are being tested with Burn-in testing tools from Ultra X www.ultra-x.com and updated with latest bios versions and firmwares for Motherboards, Raidcontrollers, IPMI and backplanes. After burn-in a memtest 86+ is run for 5 times in order to check any memory issues. After fully tested and upgraded your server a checklist of 60 points is being made and put into the shipment. Each Server has an unique support number on the back (beginning with a 9xxxxxx). With this number you can always get intouch with our technical support team @ +32 9 261 53 11 . We are able to see the assembler, installer and packer of this server. We also know which bios version and firmware it has been installed on that specific machine.
